1 With donations to the mixer you will essentially be buying various size ads in the front of the printed meeting program. This is a color ad using copy you supply. (Craig can help with layout.) You may include, for example: slogan, products / services, your custom message to the participants, photos, etc. The space is yours to imagine. This is a great opportunity for you to showcase products and services while contributing to the exchange of information and technology among all disciplines utilized by fish health professionals
2 We plan to spend $1000 on a meeting swag water bottle. If you would like to cover the cost of these, we’ll print your logo on the bottle along with the meeting logo.
3 You may contribute an item to the “goodies” handed out at registration. Please no paper ads here. Items must be delivered to Bruce Stewart, NWIFC, 6730 Martin Way E, Olympia, 98516, by May 26th.
- Because the resort does not allow outside food or beverage, all contributions need to be monetary. We prefer checks to cut out the intermediary fees, however if you need to use a credit card, you can do so conveniently on the NEXT page of the form below.
